One of the best purchases I have made. I use it twice a day 15 min in the morning then 15 min in the evening after working 9 hours on my feet . I feel more energized, my balance is improving. I feel so much better over all .

Just beginning to use the product so I don't know the long term effects. Using the vibration plate warm up directions has helped with some aches after shoveling snow though.
