Great product, the plate itself is a little larger than expected but works great and the large plate allows for a bigger intensity span. Cant wait to incorporate it in my daily routine

My loves golf and really like using the waver to loosen up before going to the course. He’s using after dinner too. He believes it’s helping his back. ?

My vibration plate came quickly and was easy to set up. It comes with numerous workout options. It’s easy to use and stand on the plate while watching tv.

Great vibration plate

I recently started using the Waver vibration plate and have been impressed with how smooth and effective it feels, offering a wide range of intensity levels, a sturdy non‑slip design, and quiet operation that makes it easy to use while watching TV; with the added resistance bands and consistent use, I’ve noticed better balance, leg strength, and overall muscle relaxation, and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient way to support fitness and recovery at home.
