A friend told me about this product and I couldn't wait to place my order. It arrived last night and I was finally able to try it out today after work - all I can say is WOW! Fun and beneficial in soo many ways. I look forward to using it daily and seeing the many results as so many others before me have seen.

Product works but video library inaccessible

You get a big chart and are sent an orientation video link but going beyond sitting with your feet on the waver, or doing some simple bends and push ups on it, that’s about as far as you get without being frustrated and forced to watch more ads and promo spots.
