Life Changer…..so far.

I purchased this vibration plate to help with my sleep. So far I’ve had better sleep quality and for the first time my Apple Watch gave me a high score for last night’s sleep. I have used the vibration plate on the lowest setting for 15 in the morning. My initial reaction was “Oh no, this is making me dizzy!” However, I found a focal point and focused my eyes on it and slowly the dizzy feeling went away. After 15 minutes of being on the plate I feel very relaxed and calm, almost as if I’ve taken a sedative. I’m a believer! Wishing all future users of this product good health and many blessings!!!!

The first product I received had a problem keeping power, but the company was amazing and replaced it as soon as I could send the necessary information. This new vibration plate is working great and I can already feel a positive impact! I can’t wait to start a routine and add it to my wellness arsenal.

Not at all disappointed with this waver vibration plate

I have plates and screws in my neck, lower back strain, weak knees, so with lots of research I bought one and in only 2 days use I feel small changes, been on lower speeds but will increase in a week, looking forward to all the benefits this product promises
