Lymphedema

I have lymphedema in both of my legs and feet. I sit all day at work, and I know my legs need more movement. A friend sent me a link to check out the Waver Vibration Plate. I did some research on and off the site and decided to go for it. I've only used it a few times, but my legs and lower back feel great afterwards. I'm going to make this part of my daily routine, and hopefully I'll have more strength and less swelling in my legs and feet. It makes me want to exercise!

This product is easy to use. I love how it has three levels of intensity, walking, running and jogging. Already on the platform. i’m looking forward to all the health benefits and exercise routine that I can get out of the vibration plate. I work on a hard concrete floor all day for eight hours for five days a week Just 1 15 minute session helped immensely for that day.

Great for joint pain

I've been using the Waver Vibration Plate for a week now and the joint pain in my knees has disappeared! I can easily do squats and bend at the knees without dreading the pain that used to accompany these movements - thanks!
