I have only used the vibration plate for a little bit but I will say I noticed my knee felt better after the first try. I also felt loose like I stretched.

It has help me greatly. I have a knee replacement and it is actually gentle for my knee, but I still feel like I worked out.

I used my Waver for the first time. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and Achilles tendinitis. In my first 15 minute program #1, I already felt relief in my knees and ankle. I am optimistic that this will bring me the relief I seek.
