It's my second day on the beginner profile. So far no complaints. It's a weird sensation ( for me anyway) but I'm sure that will pass in time! Looking forward to the future with this machine.

Ive only had my waver 2 weeks but I love it... when i dont feel motivated to workout, doing a warmup on the waver usually gets me pumped enough to do other stuff!

I cannot believe I knew nothing about this vibration plate before now. The first time on it was the most wonderful experience. I could not sleep due to the energy I got from a 15 minute session. I am enjoying this vibration plate. My family members are doing the same.

I bought this for my husband to help with swelling in his legs. So far we are enjoying the vibration itself, and are working our way up in the exercise aspects of the waver.

Beginner Review: Easy to Use and Feels Great!

I’m completely new to vibration plates, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought the Waver Vibration Plate. But I’m really glad I gave it a try! Setup was super easy—just plug it in, and it’s ready to go. It comes with a remote control, which makes it simple to change the speed settings without having to bend down. I started on the lower settings and worked my way up slowly.At first, the vibration felt strange, but after a few sessions, I got used to it and actually enjoy the feeling. I’ve been standing on it for about 10–15 minutes today while watching TV, and I already feel a little more energized and less stiff, especially in my legs and lower back.
What I liked:
• Very beginner-friendly
• Quiet and sturdy
• Helps me feel more relaxed after sitting all day. If you’re new to vibration plates and want something simple to help you move more, improve circulation, or stretch gently, I’d definitely recommend this one.
