I have been impressed with the quality of my new Waver since I opened the box. Three instructions are clear and makes beginning so easy. With the number of levels available I know I will benefit from this plate for a lifetime.

This plate is fantastic and has really helped me with muscle fatigue and overall inability to workout normally due to joint pain and exhaustion. So glad I bought this!

I sat with my feet on it first. Very strong device. Stood on it and was amazed by how my legs felt when I stopped and got of it. Definitely a great product as I am using it for circulation purposes.
