Bought originally for myself and my mother. Currently she has been using it and says she feels a difference in her leg circulation as well as her arms. We have yet to use the resistance bands and the mini bands. Do like that the manual includes a QR code to see different types of exercises you can do on the plate, and also the lifetime warranty :)

So far the waver has been wonderful to use. Especially for someone like me who doesn't always get to the gym. I can do stretches on it that my chiropractor has suggested to reveal pain in my knees and lower back. So far so good and its getting me motivated cause I feel better after each session I do.. 15 minutes brightens my day.
