I love my new waver vibration plate. I am starting slow, so I sometimes just sit on it and other times I use the walk position. I am confident it will help with my joint pain. Thank you, lifepro!

This is early on-but I LOVE MY Waver vibration plate. I have been having problems with overall pain, especially in my joints, legs. Right now, I’m starting slow. Sometimes I just sit for a few minutes and other times, I use the walk position. I am confident this is my new go to relieve pain!

Great way to get motivated

I’ve never been a huge fan of exercise routines. I have a bad habit of not sticking with things after a set back. This is so easy and enjoyable that I look forward to my time of peace and relaxation while using my waver
