I bought the waver vibration plate for my parents. My dad had knee surgery years ago and had lost a lot of mobility in his knee. They both have been using it twice a day and my Dads knee swelling has gone down so much that you can tell just by looking at it and no more knee pain.

I just received the item and have only tested it out for about 5 minutes. I am happy with how I felt after that short test. Looking forward to adding this into my daily wellness routine and seeing the other benefits that come with it. I am a little worried about how well the area where the power switch and plug is going to hold up. It doesn’t seem real secure and when disconnecting the power cord I have to hold that area so that it doesn’t pull out. Hopefully it won’t become an issue.
