Only have had the plate a day. Taking it slow as recommended as to be well oriented rated to use. More later.

I’m an outpatient PT in the geriatric population and the waver has been a big hit with our patients so far! The research is hit or miss but it definitely is a nice addition to our toolbox that could benefit our patients on top of the traditional treatments and it definitely helps that they enjoyed using it. Our therapists also seem to enjoy using it as well. We’re looking forward to adding this to our practice!

We are enjoying our LifePro Vibration Plate! Frigid temperatures, snow and ice have prevented us from spending time outside. We are able to remain active and stay in shape with the use of this great fitness machine.

So far a great experience I love walking but our weather has not been so good lately. My new Waiver Vibration Plate has been a great substitute for not being able to walk outdoors. I definitely will be using my vibration plate daily.
