So Far Amazing!!

I only had this for about a week now. Haven’t started with the exercises but been using this right before bed. I have neuropathy and it’s calming it down before bedtime and this plate calms me down for sleep!!! I’m a very anxious person that has a hard time disconnecting from the busy work environment and shutting off what I need to get done the next day. I also have been using it before work to reduce stress. Looking up all the benefits this plate can do, I know I can’t go wrong with this purchase. I’m excited to experience all the benefits coming my way. It’s a win win already only using it for a week!!
