I have read about how these vibration plates can help my osteoporosis and osteopenia. I'm dedicated to getting on my Waver 4-5 times a week!

Just began using it this week. Not sure i detail what it has done for me, all I know is I feel better and less achey. I am looking forward to long term use especially for lymphatic drainage.
