Brings exactly what I needed. It is a very slow start for me. Just by sitting down and lay my feet, at the moment, I felt relaxed and was in another world for 5 minutes 😌 I am obviously working on the little things for now.

How did I ever live without this vibration plate! I have to admit, because I had a family matter distraction. I didn’t take it out of the box for 3 months. Little did I know, had I been using the plate, it would have helped my body go through the grief I experienced over those months. Please don’t think twice about purchasing this Life Pro Waver plate! It’s absolutely wonderful, sturdy and very well made.

I like my new vibration plate but it did come with a lump under the plate you stand on which I am not sure why. It actually makes that spot uncomfortable to stand on.
