I’m eager to see how it works for lymphatic drainage. I used it for the first time today and it really got things moving!

I added this to my husband's stroke recovery. But I am also using it for part of my weight loss plan.

I purchased the waver vibration plate for my husband’s birthday to help with his torn ACL and my torn meniscus. We received it a week ago and just started using it so look forward to seeing how it helps!
