Lifepro waiver vibration plate has been a lifesaver for me. I go to physical and speech therapy on a weekly basis. I suffer from Ataxia. My balance and strength have suffered because of this. Having my own vibration plate in my own home has been an absolute lifesaver. I am able to do exercises in the comfort of my own home. I am able to do exercises at my own pace. I am grateful for this incredible tool, added to my routine. Helping me regain my confidence in my balance, confidence in my muscles/strength and confidence in my ability to function a little better, every day.

I just unboxed and could not wait to try it. Plugged it in and while sitting just put my shoes on the plate. This is love at first sight. I can not wait to dive deeper into this! My legs feel fabulous!! After just 5 min. ❤️❤️❤️
