No review on use as I just got it. The quality of the product looks and feels great for the cost. Plus it comes with mini bands and resistance bands, which I think is a great addition to include.
I've been using this for about 3 months, for only 10 minutes a day ,5 days a week. I've noticed less pain in my back and hips. My posture is better. Every exercise I used to do would cause me more problems. This doesn't... Im very happy with my purchase.
When I bought the LifePro the first time in December of 2024. That was the most amazing machine that I have ever owned. When it broke, I was lost without it. Then ya'll were able to replace it for me. Now I'm back on it and loving every moment of it. I'm planning to purchase one for my parents. Thanks again for replacing my LifePro Waver Vibration Plate. Ya'll are the BEST!!!
I loved my Waver right out of the gate. I suffer from sensitive knees and anxiety, and found relief standing, squatting or sitting on this machine. Loved it so much, I wanted more and bought a Rumblex Plus. I alternate between the two.
Vibrating Plate is really good. I’m 68 yo and use it twice a day. Once standing on for 15 minutes and once sitting on it for 15 minutes. I see differences in body since using as to looking a little toner.
It won’t allow you to change the setting in the middle of a program. Gets frustrating if you are too fast or too slow. You need to turn the power off and start over. It’s much higher than my last vibration plate.
While the science is there to support the positive effects of vibration, this product is poorly made. *The remote only worked to power the unit on or off. *The only controls that worked on the units panel was the power button, the ‘level’ or speed button, of and the timer (though quite moody). *The cord would not ‘click into place; I used duct tape and just left it in the unit and plugged and unplugged from the wall as needed. After a few weeks, what did work became very moody. I threw the unit in the trash. Oh, and I registered the unit a couple months ago, and just got the email noting that, today.
