I initially bought this for a friend. They ended up not needing/wanting it, so I got it back. After letting it sit in a box trying to decide what to do with it, I opened it and gave it a try. After a couple days of using it, I'm so glad I kept it. My legs feel better, especially if I've been sitting too much at work, and the beginner exercises have been great. Looking forward to using this every day!

So far I love my waiver plate. it is relaxing and easy to use, I thought I wouldn't have enough balance to use it, but i am having no problems.
