So far I love my waiver plate. it is relaxing and easy to use, I thought I wouldn't have enough balance to use it, but i am having no problems.

When I turn it on it will not come on like it should, I have to wiggle the cord around for it to make a good connection. It’s very aggravating to have to do this every time.
