Shockingly effective!

Had a friend that bought one and used it with pretty epic results to her core so I thought I’d give it a whirl.
I have used this daily for two weeks - working up to level 20 for 30 minutes. I used 5lb hand weights in conjunction with squats and just standing in the widest stance yesterday and was so sore I had to implement a recovery day. Already seeing results after just two weeks!

I feel refreshed & ALIVE!!!!

The vibration plate has given me a complete overhaul. I feel refreshed & more alive than ever. I had been experiencing debilitating leg/knee pain & weakness, but less than a week of use twice a day, my pain/discomfort is minimal to non-existent depending on the day. And my sleep…I haven’t slept this good since my early 20s.

I just got my vibration plate and have only used it a couple of times. I am impressed with how quiet it is and how sturdy it feels. I am anxious to get into the habit of using it more and for a longer period of time. Right now I am just using it for 5 to 10 minutes each time.
