A dear friend purchased the Waver Vibration plate. It came with a battery operated vibration ball, as well. The only flaw thus far is the the back on the remote doesn't want to click into place well. I've tried it out...so ready to see lasting results and the fruits of my labors.

Broke after 1 month

Piece of junk. Stopped working after 1 month of use. I weigh under 200 lbs so I’m way under weight limit. I only used it 15 minutes a day on the pre-programmed cycles. I turned off board and unplugged after every use. I would never spend the money again. Everyone thinks that this board is the answer for all that ails them. Little does everyone realize is that you also have to add a walking program, weights, diet and lots of stretching in order to improve mobility and strength. This board alone is not the answer. So if you have money to throw away, get yourself a vibration board.
