to early to give a review as I just got it yesterday. So far only complaint is the electrical plug doesn't stay in place. Instructions say push hard and it will click into position. I will keep trying.

I’ve only tried sitting on it for 15 minutes on the low setting so far, but I feel like it’s helping my lymphatic system and it made me a little tired afterwards so I slept well.
