Not a magic bullet but it does have benefits

So, I got this to help me improve my balance, and for the lymphatic drainage benefits. I have not used it long but I will say I can tell that my balance is improving somewhat. I do not get as dizzy from sudden movements like I used to and another benefit I noticed is that my lower back and joint pain have reduced. I normally do not write reviews, but I thought I would share my experience and I hope it helps whoever is considering buying this product.

I got this to help with autoimmune inflammation. My husband wasn't sold on the idea...but now he's made it part of his daily routine as well.
