With having rheumatoid arthritis, extremely stiff in the mornings sometimes I don’t know how I’m going to even get out of bed. First thing I do now is just sit and put my feet on this plate and it moves my legs for me. I’m extremely happy with this vibration plate it gives me new hope every morning to be able to move.
I have also found the beginner upper body position has helped my shoulders, neck, and back area with my RA pain. I just received my waiver vibration plate and I am extremely happy with it.
