Haven’t had it more than 2 days but I will say, I messed with it for 20-30 min and the next day I’m feeling extremely sore! I’m shocked, and satisfied with first impression.

Just got this a few days ago so I cannot say how it will improve my health. But the machine is well built and quiet. Start it seated before trying it standing up. Can't wait to see the results

Solidly built. Very, very quiet operation. I would do as recommended and try it first seated then standing. I won't be able to talk about physical improvement yet, but am hoping for the best
