I just received my life pro vibration plate.

Since my husband passed, I have not returned to the gym. I have not even gone for walks because of the cold winter we had. I tried it last night and this morning and I cannot believe how much I activated my muscles. It is easy to use and my balance has already improved!

Too Early To Tell

Have only had it for a week but so far we are enjoying it. My only concern is the cord seems loose, hoping we will not have to replace it due to that - otherwise it seems to be as advertised.
