I bought the LifePro Waver Vibration Plate to help with lymphatic drainage and exercise. So far I have no complaints. I love that it has a remote to control it.

Trying for the first time

I am a new user for the Wave. I had some unsteady issues at first, but after a little while I had no problems standing up. I plan on using this for 2 days a week, and increasing to 5-6 days a week. Great product. Made well.
