Only used it for about five minutes, but I can already tell this thing is pretty darn amazing

My wife bought me the Waver vibration plate for my birthday because I’ve been eyeing vibration plates for a while. This company seems pretty cool so I can’t wait to check out all their videos and try it more. I think it’s gonna help me with my mountain biking tremendously! it will help me stand in the attack position better and also engage my upper body into a dynamic way.
I also have a metal hip from bad mountain biking crash. The muscles and tendons have always felt a little off. I feel like this machine is engaging a lot of those muscles that I haven’t been able to quite hit, in a long time!

The mat has a bubble in it, and the cord doesn't fit like it should, but it works. The thing that's irritating is it looks like they sent us one that had already been opened, which means something is likely wrong with it, or the person before didn't like the fact that the cord didn't fit snug like they said it would. So, if I were the company, I would only send out unopened boxes, but hopefully it will last. I did fill out the warranty, so if it doesn't last long, at least we will be okay.
