Just received... It's amazing

I literally just got it today and all I have done is sit on it a few minutes and then sit in a chair with my feet on it for a couple minutes and it felt amazing. So relaxing, definitely loosened me up in those few minutes, and I know the benefits of better circulation and lymphatic drainage are only going to get better as I consistently use it.

Have had a few days and at first wasn’t sure what to expect but with back pain it was worth a try. I’m on day 3 and still too soon to make a complete assessment but I can feel improvement. My advice for anyone using for health issues after you’ve checked with your physician is to work up slowly to build up to the max time limit for best results.

Read the product reviews and purchased the Waver Vibration Plate to help improve bone density. 5 stars for ease of use but just started using so will have to wait till next bone scan to seek if effective in improving bone density.
