I am a big fan of Lifepro products. They are very well built and have a lot of support, so I can learn how to use their products better. The vibration plate is very well built and comes with extra fitness bands to help get the most out of the vibration plate!

Great for deep sleep

I have owned the mini waver for a while but wanted to have a larger platform to stand on . I am so glad I decided to get the waver .! Works great ! I use it every day and honestly my joints feel better and I can feel it helping with my lymphatic system.

10/10, love this machine! When using this plate, my muscles noticeably feel less tense and at the end of the day I am not nearly as swollen as I used to be. I absolutely love the programs on this plate as well. Easy to use and durable!
