just got my new waver and it's great. So much to learn and try with it but so far I'm very pleased. It's durable, quality is excellent, sturdy. I'm 170 lbs. but my brother tried it and he is 250. You won't be disappointed

I’ve read so many great things about vibration plates and decided on the Lifepro after researching which ones were most recommended! I’ve only been using it for 3 days and am not quite sure I’m using it correctly yet, but I’m excited to see if I notice improvements in metabolism, lymphatic drainage, swelling, and numerous other benefits. Fingers crossed! ?
