Looking forward to using this. I did my first try at 5 minutes on low setting and had no issues. I have to say I did notice slightly less pain in my knees which have osteoarthritis. I have lymph edema so hopefully consistent use will help with this issue.

Love the Waver

I've only used it a couple of days. The exercises definitely tire my muscles but I do not have the tightness and pain the following day that I experience with traditional exercise. I don't have a dedicated spot where I can leave it set up so moving it can be a challenge since it weighs 35 lbs and is on the floor. I have to remind myself to use my legs, not my back to move it.

Just got my waver board & I’m impressed! Super easy set up & the getting started guides are very helpful. Unit is easy to move around too. Love the lifetime warranty!
