I was in an accident almost 2 years ago. I was walking across the street and hit by a vehicle. I have been doing all sort of things to help heal my body from the various issues since. This was surprisingly a WIN in my book to add to my routine. It helps with my whole body pain. Worth giving it a try! You may be pleasantly surprised too!!
