I just purchased the Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate and I am hopeful and excited to try it and experience a whole range of health benefits, I will write back on progress, starting out slow "seated" as recommended . looking forward to more strength happiness and freedom!

I just got this vibration plate yesterday. Today was the first time using it and so far I like it. Can definitely feel it in my legs just after 1 use. I will be back when I have used it a little longer.

I just unpacked the Waver plate and am excited to get started! I appreciate the lifetime warranty, all of the information provided, and suggestions on how to get started. I'll certainly leave another review in a couple of weeks after I've had some time to try it out.
