This Waver Vibration plate works so well and is easy to use. I recommend it for anyone wanting to work on balance and for blood circulation issues. It helps me with my kicks also.

I've had it for about a week. The quality of the plate is excellent. It's too early to tell if it's truly giving me physical benefits but I enjoy using it.
