I’ve only had this a week and use it daily, it seems to be helping, I feel like I’ve had a good work out after 15 minutes on my vibration plate, In a month or so I should have a better review.

Due to MS physical issues , I have found that using this machine allows me to exercise more effectively. Adding the Waver Vibration Plate to my exercise routine has done wonders. Looking forward to a future upgrade,.
