I'm loving the Waver Vibration Plate that I'm using before my gym workouts and afterwards. Helps to loosen my muscles before the workout, and helps to relax my muscles afterwards.

Fresh out of the box - love the color, nice and quiet! Larger and heavier than I expected. Excited to see how this works and hopeful that it will be an effective tool for both exercise and recovery.
Side note - I do think it’s odd to ask for a review and rating when registering for the warranty. Which I did during my first 15 minute session.
