This vibration plate came with everything I needed from good instructions, remote control, resistance bands and a lifetime warranty. Its quiet, easy to use and so far, I feel good after a 10 min interval. I am using it mostly for circulation and lymphatic drain purposes.

I used it for 15 mins and it felt my muscles loosen up a bit and I feel some improvement in blood flow. Hopefully this machine lasts long.
