When we plug in cord it doesn’t have a good connection as it will sometimes go off or on at any time!

I have wanted one of these vibration plates for almost 2 years now and I finally saved up enough of my work human, cheers for champions, points to be able to purchase this, and I am so excited to give it a try. Just opened her up!

So far this looks to be a great product. I have health issues and my activity has gotten very limited as a result. My pain is better when I can move so I am excited to see if this product helps my chronic condition. Especially hoping it helps with losing weight and building muscle.

Taking it slow

I've just recovered from a broken pelvis (AND have osteoporosis) so being cautious, but my grandson & his friends love it & we had an entertaining afternoon watching them take turns using it. He says it makes his back feel better. I can see how the vibration is good for releasing tension. My husband & I aren't exactly young, so I have it set up next to a railing for support. So far, so good!
