I’ve used the product a few times and my body is getting used to it. Thankfully. I usually have alot of back pain. And stiffness. I think this was a good investment.

I have been using the low setting and good lord my nose is draining due to lymphatic drainage and I feel good. Beware, when you first start using it you will be tired when you go to bed. It moves your body in a good way!
