Great plate - bad connection

I love the plate but will be exchanging as the connection is loose and will not always work unless I secure the plug and not move it at all. The vibration alone can cause the connection to fail.

Tried this vibration plate compared to another one I had previously purchased and had stopped working in 30 days. This plate feels heavier and vibration programs feel stronger. This is a definitely much better machine!
