Great product, poor connection- no followthrough

Works great when the cord will stay in the plate. The connection insert is poor and does not seat well. So anytime you move it slightly it disconnects.
Also I registered and was supposed to receive a free mini. Never received.
Overall, would not repurchase

I bought this back in July 2025. I hadn’t used it as often as I should, but as I got in it today (March 2026) it is making an extremely loud noise while on and not working like it used to. Vibration seems much weaker as well. I see there is a lifetime warranty so I’m hoping I can get a replacement. I will update this post as I find out more. Before this issue I would have rated it a 5.

Been using my vibration plate off and on the past few months. Stores perfectly underneath the couch. Been using mostly for stress relief but would like to use it more for exercise.
