I am going slow getting used to it working up from 1 minute to 3 and aim to do 10 a day.

Still Learning, But Good First Impression

Just received my Waver vibration plate so I’ve only used it a couple times but, so far, so good. It adds a completely unique element to my workouts and I look forward to seeing everything I can do with it.
