A friend raved about the waver board and how it helped her joints feel better. Thought it was worth a try and have not been disappointed. As a retiree who has become more sedentary than I would like, the waver board instills in me a more active mindset just by stimulating my whole body with its motion.

Quiet as can be!

I have only used this unit a couple times so far, but I am impressed!!! The motor is so quiet, you don't even know it is on! it's so easy to use! The remote works great! I have noticed increased energy, so I have decided to use it in the morning vs later at night. I highly recommend!
