Since I just opened the box, I should wait a few days before reviewing it but I did the video instructions and then a 5 minute session and it was pretty great.

Waver vibration platform

I just received my waver platform and unboxed it today. I read the instructions and did a demo just to get the feeling of it. 5 minutes sitting as suggested and then stood on it for a minute in the lowest setting. I can see it will definitely strengthen my balance issues and I am hoping for an impact on my bone density. Interesting to say the least. The overall quality looks good for the price. Looks like a good addition to my strength training workouts. Lifetime warranty is a plus. Thanks Joel!

My wife and I purchased this product to help with a couple injuries that we have.
We have only tried it for a few minutes so far, it is very soothing so far. Looking forward to more usage of the device. ???
