I love my LifePro Waver! After a long day of work, where I basically sit all day, I come home and do a little Pilates and then end my workout on my vibration plate. If I don’t do it, I really, actually, MISS doing it. It just shakes away the stress of the day for me. I absolutely love it.

I just opened my Waver Vibration Plate and tested it for a few minutes. It’s incredible and I’m so excited to start working with it. I’ll send you my progress once I begin my workout routine with it.

I love my new LifePro waver vibration place. It really helps me keep moving, as someone who works from home remote this is a game changer between meetings or during meeting that do no require video, I am able to keep moving..

Used It The Very First Day

We literally took it out of the box, added batteries to the remote, and climbed aboard. It's a bit larger than I thought it would be, but we LOVED It! I can't wait to learn some of the exercises to do with it and see the effects it has on strengthening and toning my muscles.
