This works sooooo well with lymphatic drainage, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and fatigue!!! It works soooo well I highly recommend it I used one of my friends for a month and then I decided it was time to buy my own!! Beyond happy I did!!

Great right out of the box

After reading almost everything I could get my hands on, I purchased the Waver Vibration plate. Got off to a fun start as I did all of the routines on "Your Getting Started Guide." I was so excited that I read it wrong and did every routine. I wasn't that sore the next day as I did each routine on 1, the lowest number. Realizing my mistake that evening I put together a routine that I love. Granted, it is early in the process, but this is exactly the routine I was looking for. Product is exceptional. Highly recommend.
