Love mine! Great instructions and love they included exercises I can do, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Hate I put it off as long as I did.

I purchased this for my wellness clinic & to use personally after seeing many reviews of how good people felt after getting on the waver. After the first 15 minute program, I knew the purchase was a great one! Can’t wait to do another program tomorrow. Already feeling less inflamed!
