just what I was hoping it would be

i'm early on with this.. But I had a large standing vibration machine with arms and it took up a big floor space. I love it. but I wanted a much smaller footprint. I tried several models and was never satisfied. This one delivers just what I wanted with a very small footprint and I can easily push it under a dresser or bed when not in use.

Easy to use, understand, and offers many options for working out for exercise or recovery in sitting and or standing position. Works all parts of body depending on position. Most amazing part to me is there is a built in LIFETIME Warranty NO COST. That is amazing to me and very easy to obtain. 24/7 built in support for life. Thank you Abe and Joel.

I bought this vibration plate about 2 months ago. It has helped my inflammation, balance, and flexibility more than any other piece of equipment I have ever tried! Start slow, work your way up, and before you know it, you're going to start feeling great. Highly recommend!!!

Rejuvenated and feel stronger!

I have had a parathyroid removed. Parathyroid disease causes high blood calcium, therefore can not take a calcium supplement.
My chiropractor recommended a vibration plate and said studies have shown it can build bone density. I use the Waver every day faithfully and have noticed an increase in strength and overall feel better.
