I received the Waver Vibration Plate as a Christmas gift from my husband. I wanted it to help with lymphedema in my feet and legs. I enjoy using it. It increases my energy and decreases the tightness from the swelling. It seems to be a strong, quality machine.

It’s hard to review when I’ve only had the waver for two days but so far I have used it twice for 15 minutes at level 10 to get used to movement . It is energizing and I look forward to monitoring my progress as I increase the levels and add routines .
