I just got my vibration plate, but already love it! I have incorporated it into my regular routine along with Pilates, Plexus products, and The Big 6 lymphatic drainage routine! Can't wait to see the long term benefits!

Works well. Gets me to overcome too much sitting. The Waver is situated in my apartment between my office and the kitchen. Perfect. Definitely makes up for too much sitting. Looking forward to health improvements, I know are coming.
